What We Do
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy will help you get back to doing instrumental activities of daily living, (IADLs), and activities of daily activities, (ADLs). OT’s focus on the physical, cognitive and psychosocial to restore, optimize or adapt to be able to re-engage a desired activity. Our OTs provide functional assessments, justification letters, concusssion management, PCA assessments, hospital discharge planning and much more!
Physiotherapy
We provide physiotherapy that treats vestibular, concussions, musculoskeletal problems, whiplash, sciatica, lymphedema, hip fracture, joint replacement, post-stroke bursitis, pain management, pelvic issues, bladder and bowel problems, gait problems, leg dysfunctions, arthritis, broken bones, postural problems, muscle imbalance, motor vehicle and sports related injuries and much more!
Kinesiology
Postural and muscle imbalance from weak muscles can cause tightness, pain and other dysfunction. Our Kinesiologist will design exercises personalized to you to optimize or restore! We provide active rehabilitation for functional mobility after an injury. Our Kinesiologists are also trained in concussion management. We also provide work hardening conditioning for a gradual return to work program.
